Can you believe I've kept up this practice of taking random pictures of things which look like something else for SEVENTY posts??? No, nor can I!!!
I do like exercising my imagination in this way though and I hope you do too!
If you've not taken part before, the premise is that you have a look at the image I've provided and you see if you can see an image beyond the obvious, i.e. a tree, and you then leave me a comment to say what you see. Then we get to see if we all saw the same thing or we get to say "Oh YES, I can see it now you say it?" or "Er, I can't see that1" or "Hurrah, we all saw the same thing!". Whichever, I love it when you join in with this!
I was walking in Thorndon Country Park on New Year's day and I was looking out for interesting fungus on the trees and saw these curious shapes which made me think of something else. Can you see something in those shapes?
What about last time?
I shared this cloudscape. As I looked at it, I could see a Triceratops dinosaur or some sort of Rhinocerous's head- it's in the middle and it is looking to the right- it has a hooded eye, big eyegrow and a horn near the end of its nose. It seems to be glaring at some other, half-formed creature, nose to nose. Perhaps a poodle? Even as I've typed this, I can see a black cat's head, half-seen on the left of the picture- it has one point black ear visible, one eye looking balefully at me and it seems to have a little white chin with black lips.
What did any of you readers think or see? Disappointingly, only three comments, but MUCH appreciated, those 3!
Ooh, Sophie saw my cat though I can actually see that she saw a DIFFERENT cat, curled up uncomfortably in the middle, just as she described!
Bev also saw the same uncomfortable creature lying and craning its neck behind it, but saw an Alpaca which I also see.
Similarly, Ivana saw the creature with its neck at an uncomfortable angle. She also sees something with horns and a dinosaur and like me, kept seeing all sorts!

- Ivana Split7:15 pmI see a giant dragon with his head lowered toward his back. It seems to me like he is talking to a chicken that is resting on his back. The clouds right next to him look like a bull and a T-rex. I'm seeing all sorts of things here.ReplyDelete
