TARDIS Tuesday- Arachnids in the UK

This week for TARDIS Tuesday, I thought I'd revisit an outfit I wore in March 2020, the week before lockdown began. It was Mothering Sunday and CBC and I went to meet my mum for a walk.

I thought I'd photograph it on Saturday as I was planning to wear the pink heart jumper featured so I just needed to put the rest of the outfit together.

I wore it to go with CBC to an Eco-fair in Leigh-on-Sea.

But let's have a look at the original:

And here's my interpretation.

I have the same jumper as Yaz which I managed to get for about £8 around January 2020 and I wore my Clara River Island jacket. Add my ASOS black trousers (also second hand) and finally my white Adidas trainers which my Stepdad gave me because he didn't like wearing them (we have the same sized feet).

I did try space buns but only one side refused to stay up so I took them down and just kept side bunches.

In Leigh, we were going to the cycling shop to get CBC's bike after a repair and I noticed the Conservative club's doors were very TARDIS blue-looking.  So I persuaded CBC to take a picture of me outside the doors!  A bit of bad editting in Publisher from Yaz's picture above and then I had my own TARDIS!

I tried a side-by-side to recreate Yaz's pose, not sure why I went blurry!

It was a comfy outfit for a trip out and the jacket being fairly light meant I didn't get too hot in the Eco-fair but it kept the wind out.
