This is a second post in one day which I try to avoid but just remembered that today is my 10th Blog anniversary.
Wow.
I have been doing this for ten years.
I could be all cool and nonchalant and not gush about how it has changed my life and made me feel tons better about myself etc etc but do you know, I think sticking at this for ten years is pretty cool!!
I knew it was coming up and planned some celebratory post but you know life doesn't quite work like that. I'm up north, on a rubbish tablet that I don't know how to use so this initial hooray shall remain fairly simple and gimmick-free. But perhaps I shall produce something a bit better when I return home.🌈
A giveaway or a bit reminiscence on my favourite blog posts. Who knows...
These are 10 things I know about blogging and me (hoping I'll make it to 10)
1. I have enjoyed the many conversations and dialogues that have taken place here and back at your blogs.😁
2. I count many of you as genuine friends. Who cares if we haven't met, you are all ace if you have kept coming back here.💖
3. Blogging has NOT helped me to be less of a hoarder-I have far too many clothes and craft items and books and you lot are not helping me by making comments about how pretty I look in a dress or how nice cards are that I make. Honestly, you lot.....😉
4. I like waffling. I think I always knew that. No matter how many 10 things to make you a better blogger posts I might read, that ISN'T going to change.🎬
5. I will never be a super successful, mega-popular blogger. I have gained 152 GFC and 82 Bloglovin followers over my 10years which is a pretty poor statistic compared to literally everyone else. No matter how nice I might be considered or down to earth, it doesn't put bums on blogger follower seats. But do you know, the nice loyal and encouraging comments I regularly get, mean a lot more to me. 🎼
6. I really don't care if you think I am mad for my love of Doctor Who, I LIKE being eccentric and I always will.🎶
7. I spend faaaaaar too much time in my head thinking about blogging. Seriously.🍨
8. I cannot be bothered to write reviews of places-sooooo many drafts in my inbox.🍭
9. I feel a complete twit posting outfit posts sometimes but you know, I'll still do it.😵
10. I'd love to meet you all sometime. Unless you're creepy stalkers...😒
So 10 years, that is 29% of my life. Onto the next 10 then...
