Is there a more lovelier sight than a tree filled to the brim with Cherry blossom?
So many childhood memories of our local area and school field are filled with memories of the Cherry blossom. Every Spring anew feels like a new miracle with the beauty of the flowers!
It was totally serendipitous that I was wearing a very pink outfit yesterday. I don't wear pink very often so this is doubly funny!
My new home is in an Avenue which is an avenue in the true sense of the word which is full of cherry trees. If you stand at the end of my road and look down it, it is a triumph to see.
From Bluebells to pink Cherryblossoms,
one of my favourite songs I taught at school was the traditional Japanese folk song, Sakura- Cherry blossoms.
